A California court official on Monday issued a stay away order against a man accused of stalking Jennifer Aniston and laying in wait for the actress with a sharp object, a bag, duct tape and written messages for her.

Santa Monica Superior Court Commissioner David A. Cowen ordered 24-year-old Jason Peyton to stay away from Aniston's home and anywhere she is working for the next three years.

In court papers, lawyers for Aniston said Peyton is a "diagnosed delusional paranoid schizophrenic" and "poses a credible threat of violence and imminent danger" to the former "Friends" star.

Peyton allegedly drove to Los Angeles from Pennsylvania this summer with "I Love You Jennifer Aniston" etched into the paint on his car, then waited for her in "an apparent planned abduction," lawyers said in court filings.

A temporary order was previously issued to Peyton in July.

This is the third restraining order issued for star stalkers in California this past week, beginning with Leonardo DiCaprio's alleged bottle attacker, followed by the man accused of pestering Sandra Bullock for nearly a decade.

"This is clearly a case of a fan going beyond being a fan," a judge said of the Bullock incident. "This is the downside of celebrity."

Nobody would argue that 2010 has been an up-and-down year for Sandra Bullock, given her best actress Oscar for "The Blind Side" followed by her divorce from scandal-plagued husband Jesse James.

But on Tuesday, Bullock landed atop Hollywood's heap again when financial website Forbes.com named her the highest paid actress of the past 12 months having earned $56 million from two box office hits, romantic comedy "The Proposal" and football film, "The Blind Side."

Bullock not only received a fee for acting, but also participated in the profits, and for both films, the box office numbers were hefty, according to Forbes.com. "The Blind Side" took in nearly $310 million at global box offices on a budget of around $30 million, while "Proposal" racked up just under $320 million and cost roughly $40 million.

Tied for the No. 2 spot were Reese Witherspoon and Cameron Diaz, both making $32 million. Though Witherspoon has not been on screen since 2008, she received advance paychecks for upcoming films, "How Do You Know" and "Water for Elephants".

Diaz's pot of gold was filled with money from the "Knight and Day" and "Shrek" films, which have grossed $2.8 billion at the global box office.

Jennifer Aniston came in at fourth place with $27 million, and "Sex and the City" star Sarah Jessica Parker was No. 5 at $25 million.

To determine actresses' compensation, Forbes.com talked to talent agents, managers, producers and lawyers and looked at other means of revenue such as perfume and clothing lines and ad campaigns.

Forbes.com based its figures on earnings from June 2009 to June 2010. Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Aniston were the highest paid actresses during a similar period one year earlier.

Jesse James is said to be desperate to move closer to ex-wife Sandra Bullock and the biker will get his wish as he has been granted permission to move to Texas with his daughter. The motorcycle entrepreneur has been handed official custody of six-year-old Sunny and is now planning to move closer to ex-wife Sandra Bullock and her seven-month-old son Louis Bardo, much to the unhappiness of ex-wife Janine Lindemulder, who had gone to court to block his plans.

Upon hearing the decision of the Orange County Court in California, Janine - who is still officially sharing custody of the youngster - broke down shouting: 'I'll move! I'll move!"
Family Court Commissioner Thomas Schulte accepted both parents loved Sunny, but was concerned about the poor decisions Janine had made in the recent past, including a jail term and subsequent four-month stint in an Oregon halfway house and a battle with prescription drugs.
Janine has been told she can have physical custody of Sunny until she starts school in Texas in September.
The former porn star admitted her daughter was excited about the impending move.
She added: "I don't want to take that away from her. I don't want the crumbs."
Sandra - who split from the 'Monster Garage' host in February following allegations of infidelity with several women - has remained close to Sunny and even cared for her while Jesse was in rehab but Janine doesn't think the actress is trying to take over her role in the youngster's life.
Speaking outside court, she said: "I don't think Sandra's trying to steal her. I would just like a little more communication mom to mom, that would be nice. Keep me in the loop."

U.S. actress Sandra Bullock has requested that her restraining order be renewed against a man she says has been stalking her for seven years.

TV's "Entertainment Tonight" said Bullock's attorney filed the court documents Monday, seeking a renewal of the protective order she first obtained against Thomas James Weldon in 2003.

Bullock has accused Weldon of "following her to California to Texas to South Carolina, and then back to California ... He sent numerous e-mails ... indicating, among other things, that he wants to have a relationship with her," "ET" quoted the paperwork as saying.

Bullock, a mother of a 7-month-old son, won an Oscar this year for her work in the feel-good movie "The Blind Side." She has made headlines in recent months because of her divorce from reality television personality Jesse James, her husband of nearly five years.

Jesse James six year-old daughter Sunny was cared for by Sandra Bullock while he was in rehab earlier this year, it has been reported. He said at the time he had hit rock bottom.

The Monster Garage star made the admission during a custody hearing in Los Angeles about the little girl. He revealed he told his ex wife and porn star Janine Lindemulder that the Oscar winning actress would be taking care of Sunny while he got treatment.

"I talked to her [Janine] on the phone before I went to rehab in Arizona. I let her know that Sunny would be staying with her stepmother in Texas," James told the Orange County court while testifying. The former couple are currently involved in a legal battle over their daughter.
It was also revealed in court that Sunny visited James during his time at Arizona's Sierra Tucson rehab facility.
Lindemulder has previously expressed her concern that her daughter was more attached to The Blind Side actress than her. In an email to her sister filed as evidence, Lindemulder wrote: "All Sunny talks about is Sandy, Sandy! Wtf?!" Us magazine reports.

Angelina Jolie Jolts A Man's World: Action Films

Written July 15, 2010 by Candyman

The National Organization for Women should send Angelina Jolie a nice cheese basket (or vice versa).

The world's most famous Hollywood humanitarian might not have single-handedly erased gender inequality in the movie industry, but she sure has struck a major blow for actresses. How else to explain her $20 million payout for Sony's next big summer release, "Salt," an action project that originally was written to star a man -- no less than Tom Cruise?

"It's definitely unusual that a female has become an action star," "Salt" producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura says. "But it's a funny thing. She's not a female action star; she's an action star. She's really the first female to transcend gender. I don't think it's occurred before."

To di Bonaventura's point, a star must be in some rarefied atmosphere when a lead role in a big studio action movie is rewritten from male to female. It's akin to the groundbreaking result when 25 years ago Jerry Bruckheimer had the white lead in the "Beverly Hills Cop" screenplay refashioned so it could star a 22-year-old black actor named Eddie Murphy.

Then again, given Jolie's track record, it's not so much of a stretch. In the past 10 years, she has starred in five action-dominated films that have averaged $124 million in domestic grosses. Worldwide, those grosses total nearly $1.5 billion. Again, that's just her action roles -- "Wanted" (2008), "Mr. & Mrs. Smith" (2005), "Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life" (2003), "Lara Croft: Tomb Raider" (2001) and "Gone in 60 Seconds" (2000).

The Philip Noyce-directed "Salt," in which Jolie plays a CIA spook accused of foreign espionage who must go on the run, looks prepared to push that total upward when it opens next Friday. Industry tracking a week out has it opening north of $30 million, but its only competition that weekend is the kid-friendly "Ramona and Beezus" and the second week of "Inception," which means interest is likely to spike as it gets closer to opening.

"Wanted" opened at $50.9 million against "WALL-E" two summers ago, and "Smith" opened at $50.3 million in 2005.

Sony also has her next project, "The Tourist," a reworking of the 2005 French thriller "Anthony Zimmer," which will open in February. That film pairs her with one of the most bankable actors in the world, Johnny Depp. As Elise, a femme fatale, Jolie gets to show off her sensual side and her active one when killers start chasing the patsy she has put in harm's way.

No actress in Hollywood history has been able to chisel out the supremacy Jolie has in a male-dominated genre. Actually, her achievement is bigger than that. Her standard deal, which she received for "Salt" and "Tourist," is matched by only one or two other actors in the world, with $20 million up front, a hefty share of the profits plus other sizable ancillary benefits. She already was getting $15 million for "Smith" and "Wanted."

"The fact that she is in the entertainment industry and can approach a male salary is an anomaly," says Lori Watson, director of women's and gender studies at the University of San Diego. "Maybe she can command a salary, but she can't break through the expectations that women are supposed to be beautiful and sexualized and fit a certain mold and behave in a certain way."

Over the years, mostly thanks to the efforts and vision of director James Cameron, audiences have been treated to a rare female lead who can handle herself in a gun or fistfight. Sigourney Weaver as Ellen Ripley in "Aliens" in 1986, Linda Hamilton in "Terminator 2: Judgment Day" in 1991, and Zoe Saldana and Michelle Rodriguez in "Avatar" last year all represented strong, confident women ready to knock some heads.

Kate Beckinsale and Milla Jovovich carved out B-movie franchises as action heroines in the fantasy-horror genre -- Beckinsale with "Underworld" and Jovovich with "Resident Evil." And Cameron Diaz, Lucy Liu and Drew Barrymore threw themselves into action camp with the successful "Charlie's Angels" movies -- but those were highly stylized three-handers, and all three thesps have since quickly retreated to more traditional roles. (Diaz did just jump on a motorcycle with Cruise in "Knight and Day," but that has underperformed in North America.)

Television has been a better training ground for the female action archetype. Jessica Alba launched her career in "Dark Angel" (Cameron again!), Jennifer Garner was fierce as the college student/spy of "Alias," courtesy of J.J. Abrams, and Joss Whedon birthed "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" (Sarah Michelle Gellar) and "Dollhouse" (Eliza Dushku).

It's notable that Garner dabbled in action on the big screen in "Daredevil" and its spinoff "Elektra," but quickly returned to the world of romantic comedy when those failed. Alba suited up for the "Fantastic Four" movies but had very little to do. And while Scarlett Johansson's turn as Black Widow in "Iron Man 2" looked promising, that was a small part and no one expects her to spend much more time in the blow-'em-up genre.

Other top actresses still command huge audiences in less surprising contexts. Sandra Bullock has reminded everyone that she can draw major bank, in feel-good drama ("The Blind Side") and traditional romantic comedy ("The Proposal"). And Julia Roberts is likely to clean up in "Eat Pray Love."

Like those women, Jolie also has an Oscar on her mantle, and a genuine yen to tackle challenging parts in adult dramas such as "Changeling," "A Mighty Heart" and "Girl, Interrupted," which got her that gold statuette (and an asterisk for oddest acceptance speech). But Jolie has also contributed her voice to three cartoons -- "Kung Fu Panda," "Beowulf" and "Shark Tale" -- that have grossed another $1.2 billion worldwide.

Jolie's not bulletproof. She's had her misfires and middling movies ("Taking Lives" and "Beyond Borders" come to mind), but she's got the dramatic acting chops and the athletic prowess to sell herself in almost anything (though even her prestige movies don't always bring in the big bucks).

So what, precisely, can't she do? Well, just one thing, actually. Romantic comedy. She did try it once, in "Life, or Something Like It" in 2002, and the $14.4 million domestic gross sent a message she clearly noted.

"She's too strong, she's too forceful," says Hollywood historian David Thomson ("Rosebud: The Story of Orson Welles"). "And that's not just her screen character. It's her public character, too. She's not got that sort of availability for romance. She isn't really sentimentally appealing. She needs to be doing strong things -- crazy things, sometimes -- to work on screen."

Put another way, Jolie is tough for female audiences to get behind. She's threatening. Whether accurate or not, many perceive even Jennifer Aniston to have been a victim of Jolie's sharkish charm after husband Brad Pitt became smitten with Jolie during the shoot for "Smith."

"My feeling on the ground is at the beginning of that relationship a lot of women viewed her as a homewrecker," says Watson. "But since then, her charitable work, her adoption, her work with the U.N., and the work that they're doing in New Orleans and her public face as a mother appeals to a lot of women as a kind of person who has A) a completely supportive partner that a lot of women would like and don't have, and b) someone who can manage a family and a career and is committed to those mainstream values even if she lives in a very different, romanticized, Hollywood rich kind of way."

But how long can her appeal last? Her fans are beginning to slide more heavily into the over-30 crowd, away from the male teens who want to see her bend bullets and look at the camera over a naked, tattooed back. Sooner rather than later, they're going to want to see a new face (and naked back).

Perhaps Jolie is aware of this. Because now, at the pinnacle of her success, she is making noises that she might not be much longer for the business. "I'm very, very grateful, it's a fun job. It's a luxury," she recently told Vanity Fair. "But I don't think I'll do it much longer."

Jolie is only 35 years old. By the Indiana Jones standard, then, she's got another 30 years of running, punching and flipping ahead. Although she's trimmed her work commitments down to one film a year, she's got sequels to "Salt," "Wanted" and even, possibly, "Tourist" to consider. Also, there's the "Sleeping Beauty" spinoff "Maleficent," a new take on "Cleopatra," the dark drama "Serena" for director Darren Aronofsky, and another potential franchise spun from the Patricia Cornwell character Dr. Kay Scarpetta, a sleuthing medical examiner.

If she did call it quits, is there anyone to carry the mantle if Jolie suddenly walked away?

"I don't see anybody right now," di Bonaventura says. "Will there be more female action heroes? There will be another one, yeah, I believe that. You look at these things as a progression. First they tried to mimic what a male action star was. And now with Angie, you're just letting her be what she is. We've gotten away from that male classification of what is an action star. And that means that will open possibilities for somebody else. You just needed somebody to break the ground."

Sandra Bullock bad-mouthed Jesse James’ ex-wife in front of her daughter, according to her attorney. Porn star Janine Lindemulder, pictured, is in a court battle to stop James from taking their daughter Sunny with him to Texas, where the Oscar-winning actress now lives. He has said he wants his kids to continue having a relationship with Bullock.

During a custody hearing in Los Angeles, a teacher from Sunny’s school said the The Blind Side star made derogatory comments about Lindemulder in front of the girl. According to Lindemulder's attorney Richard Masson, Bullock told the teacher: “I’m glad Janine is in jail, quite frankly. She can go ruin someone else’s life.”

He also told celebrity website TMZ that Bullock went off on his client during a phone call a few months ago, while James was in rehab. She is said to have watched Sunny, six, for some time during the period.
Masson reportedly said Lindemulder called her daughter’s cell phone and Bullock picked it up. Alhough he would not reveal details, the website said she 'expressed harsh feelings' towards his client.
RadarOnline.com also reported Lindemulder 'visibly shook’ as she told the court she had an emotional and belittling telephone conversation with Bullock.

Jesse James and Janine Lindemulder Drag Sandra Bullock in Custody Case

Jesse James and Janine Lindemulder have involved Jesse's other ex-wife Sandra Bullock in their custody case.  Bullock cared for her ex-husband's daughter while he was in rehab. Jesse James - who split from the actress earlier this year following revelations he had cheated on her with several women - appeared in a California court Monday for a custody hearing relating to six-year-old Sunny, his child with former partner Janine Lindemulder, and admitted the youngster had stayed with the actress while he was receiving treatment for sex addiction.

During his testimony, he said: "I talked to Janine on the phone before I went to rehab in Arizona. I let her know that she [Sunny] would be staying with her stepmother in Texas."
Former porn star Janine has admitted she worries her daughter loves the 'Blind Side' Star more than her.
In emails to Jesse's sister Julie James England which were filed as court evidence, she wrote: "All Sunny talks about is Sandy, Sandy! Wtf?! (sic)"
The hearing related to Jesse's plans to relocate to Austin, Texas, with Sunny to be closer to Sandra and her seven-month-old adopted son Louis Bardo.
Janine - who was previously jailed for tax offenses - is trying to block the move, and claims both Jesse and Sandra have made derogatory comments about her in front of Sunny.
Sunny's teacher Alex Bon gave evidence, claiming Sandra once told her: "Quite frankly, I'm glad Janine is in jail. She can go ruin someone else's life."
She added: "Both Miss Bullock and Mr. James made derogatory comments."
Despite the claims, court appointed attorney Loni Klein has recommended that Sunny remains in her father's care - but suggested the motorcycle entrepreneur undertake parenting classes.
She told the court: "Jesse James is doing a good job being a father to Sunny. Although both parents love Sunny, they do not trust one another. Janine has faced a tough road and has been getting therapy recently but still requires more treatment.
"Mr. James could do with better parenting tools and should attend parenting classes. But in my opinion, at the moment, Sunny should remain in Mr. James' care."
Jesse also has children Chandler, 15, and 12-year-old Jesse Jr. from his first marriage.

Sophie Monk as Sandra Bullock - Actress Claims Husband Pulled a Jesse James

Sophie Monk says she can surely relate to Oscar winning actress Sandra Bullock.  Sandra's one-time husband Jesse James cheated on his wife while she was away working, filming 'The Blind Side' in Texas.  Monk now likens her recent split with Sandra by using Jesse's bad behavior as an example.

The LA-based Aussie actress told how she found her plastic surgeon ex John Diaz doing a "Jesse James" - in bed with another woman - so she poured coffee over his car in revenge.

Sophie, speaking from LA, told the Sydney radio station 2DayFM that she and John recently “kind of” broke up but were still friends. Sophie then told how she went round to his home with a coffee and presents – only to find another woman in his bed, a situation she likened to Sandra Bullock and her cheating partner, Jesse James.
She said the other woman “was not that cute” and that even though she’s a magazine cover girl, “it happens to us all.”
