Jude Law has hinted he is set to propose to Sienna Miller.

The 'Sherlock Holmes' actor rekindled his romance with his ex-fiancee late last year - after they split in 2006 following revelations he had cheated on her with his children's nanny - and while he is yet the pop the question again he admits he could do soon.

When asked if they were engaged, Jude smiled and replied: "Not at the moment. Not at the moment. That's all I can say."

Jude - who has three children from his marriage to Sadie Frost and a seven-month-old daughter with American model Samantha Burke - also spoke of his joy at being back with Sienna.

He told Access Hollywood: "I'm very happy. I'm very happy to be happy."

Sienna Miller has reportedly been wearing her engagement ring again.

The actress - who rekindled her romance with ex-fiance Jude Law last year after they split in 2006 following revelations he had cheated on her with his children's nanny - is said to have donned the piece of jewellery he gave her when he proposed in 2004, and friends believe it is only a matter of time before they get engaged again.

One told Life and Style magazine: "She wore it for fun, probably as jewellery. But she wore it with close friends, and everyone saw it - there's no denying it.

"They aren't engaged yet, but I wouldn't be surprised if she and Jude go all the way. She's very happy."

It was recently claimed Jude was set to propose to Sienna, as he doesn't want to lose her again.

A source said: "Sienna was always the one. And now she is back in his life he never wants to let her go again.

"He needs a good woman to look after him. Sienna's fed up of the single life and wants to be with Jude for good."

Jude and Sienna spent the festive period on the Caribbean island of Barbados together with his three children, Rafferty, Iris and Rudy, from his marriage to Sadie Frost.

The Croydon-born supermodel will be the focus of a drama which is being written by her musician boyfriend Jamie Hince with her help.

An insider said: "Jamie is addicted to playwriting and is always jotting down scenes.

"He mentioned an idea to Kate, based around the lives of her and her friends - and Kate leapt at the chance to get involved."

The script will be backed by her friend and Topshop boss Sir Philip Green.

However, some of Kate's closest friends are worried the production will reveal intimate details about the notoriously hard partying Primrose Hill set, the nickname for the model's closest friends with include Sadie Frost, actress Davinia Taylor and Rhys Ifans.

The source added to the Daily Mirror newspaper: "The script is edgy, and could get a few celebs in trouble. Kate may have to tone things down."

The 36-year-old beauty's life would certainly make for interesting theatre, as well as modelling for Burberry, Dior and Chanel, she has dated a host of famous men including Johnny Depp and Pete Doherty.

Jude originally met Sienna on the set of 2004 film 'Alfie' and they got engaged in 2005. She broke off the wedding plans later that year after it emerged he'd cheated on her with his children's nanny. They finally split in 2006.

A source told Britain's MailOnline website: "Kate had been teaching Iris and Lila Grace how to model and how to walk the catwalk properly in preparation for the party. They could hardly have a better teacher.

"All of the girls at the bash wanted to be Kate. She brought along lots of clothes for them and the girls had their hair and make-up done especially. She was teaching them how to master her famous hip swagger and her ‘I don't care look.' "

The party went so well that Iris and Lila Grace now both want to be models like Kate.

The supermodel - who is currently dating The Kills guitarist Jamie Hince - also threw out all the stops for her daughter Lila's seventh birthday in September where she spent weeks preparing for the karaoke bash.

The pair met up a few times before Jude broke it off and Samantha is now pregnant with his daughter, who she plans to call Sophia.

Sadie, 44, is concerned about the how the pregnancy is affecting their children.

The source explained: "Jude's children, particularly Rafferty, are bewildered by the whole thing. They hate seeing their dad in the news and reading about his private life. Sadie is putting on a brave face but deep down is shocked by the whole thing too."

Sadie is currently on the Spanish island of Ibiza with her kids, including her 18-year-old son Finlay, from a previous relationship.
