Justin Bieber thinks Cheryl Cole is one of the "hottest girls" in the world. The 16-year-old pop star has a crush on the 'Fight for This Love' singer and also has a soft spot for Katy Perry - who is engaged to Russell Brand.

He said: "Cheryl and Katy are two of the hottest girls in the world - and so normal and funny with it. If I was a few years older they are the kind of girls I'd like to date. I want a younger version of Cheryl and Katy - a mixture of the two would be hot."
Although Justin accepts he has little chance of romancing either Cheryl, 27, or Katy, 25, he is keen to invite them both out so they can give him some tips on how to bag a girlfriend as beautiful as both of them.
He added to The Sun newspaper: "Maybe they could coach me and tell me how to work out which ones are the good ones. That would be pretty awesome. I would like to invite the two of them out for dinner so they can tell me the best way to win a woman like them."
Justin would also like to work with Cheryl and Katy in the future and he would love to record a duet with Robbie Williams.
He said: "I want to meet Katy and Cheryl in a professional capacity too, not just because they are hot, but because they are super-talented.
"I also think Robbie Williams is really cool. He owns the stage when he is out there and is a great all-round entertainer."

The Beach Boys record label is going after Katy Perry for using the lyrics to their classic song, "California Girls," on her new summer anthem, "California Gurls."

Beach Boys members Mike Love and Brian Wilson co-wrote "California Girls," which reached No. 3 on the Hot 100 in 1965.

The New York Post reported that the veteran pop group's label, Rondor Records, was threatening to file a lawsuit against Perry's Capitol Records.

However, a spokesperson for the label confirmed to Billboard.com that "there is no lawsuit against the writers or publishers of 'California Gurls.' We have established diminutive claim. It is up to the six writers and various publishers of 'California Gurls' to decide whether they honor the claim or not."

"Using the words or melody in a new song taken from an original work is not appropriate under any circumstances, particularly from one as well known and iconic as 'California Girls,'" said the spokesperson.

"Rondor Music, who publishes the works of Brian Wilson and Mike Love, is committed to protecting the rights of its artists and songwriters," the label spokesperson continued. "With the support of the writers, that is exactly what we are doing."

Last week, Love told Billboard.com that he liked "California Gurls," and also indicated that he heard similarities between Perry's track and the Beach Boys' original.

"I think the part she did is pretty cool," Love told Billboard.com. "There are a lot of writers on it, and I think it's probably a stroke of genius to have the king of canine cool, Mr. Dogg, do his thing. But I think her creative part, her musical part, is pretty hooky. I think it brings the Beach Boys' 1965 classic to mind, that's for sure."

A spokesperson for Love told the Post that "Mike and Brian wrote the song...but any legal action is up to Rondor."

Wilson's rep said, "Rondor owns the track and called Brian and Mike, saying they were going to complain. Brian likes Katy's record and doesn't know where the situation stands."

The Beach Boys' "California Girls" features the famous refrain, "I wish they all could be California girls." At the end of "California Gurls," guest artist Snoop Dogg says, "I really wish you all could be California girls."

Katy Perry is writing a love song for fiance Russell Brand. The 'California Gurls' singer - who got engaged to the British comedian in December after a whirlwind romance - is planning to serenade Russell with the romantic tune when they get married later this year.

A source explained: "Katy has written a love song for Russell. She's planning to sing it to him right after they exchange vows.
"She can't wait to see the look on his face. It's going to be the most emotional moment of her life. Katy's fallen head-over-heels for Russell and isn't afraid to show everyone her inner feelings. She thinks that the best way she can express herself is with romantic lyrics."
Katy, 25, recently revealed she and 35-year-old Russell keep making up stories about their impending nuptials so people will be surprised when the big day finally arrives.
She said: "Russell makes up these really crazy stories about me and our wedding. I make up stories, too - I said he was a 'groomzilla'. He said I farted a lot, but I've never farted in front of him - honestly!"
"I hear these crazy stories - we are going to get married in latex, underwear, in Spandex, in Japan, in India, in Thailand. But I think all this craziness about my marriage is really funny."

Katy Perry wants to live in London with her fiance Russell Brand. The 'California Gurls' singer loves the UK capital - where Russell lived before heading to the US to be with Katy - because it is such an exciting city.

She said: "I think I would probably go to London, and not just because of the fact I've got connections there, but because I like the constant evolution of the style and everything is so new.
"Sometimes I think I'd like to live in Japan but I don't know how I would get on there because I don't speak Japanese, I'd probably end up singing in the street with a little hat saying, 'Please support me.' "
Although Katy is happy to become an Anglophile she isn't sure if she could cope with the city's rainy weather.
In an interview on YouTube, Katy - who is from Santa Barbara, California - said: "I'd probably eat my words if I was living in London because I can't stand the weather, I'm such a sunshine girl. If the sun comes out I come out, if the sun doesn't come out you won't see me. I'm a California girl!"
Katy also lifted the lid on her wedding plans and revealed she isn't planning on having any crazy make-up when she and Russell tie the knot.
The 25-year-old singer - who is known for her figure-hugging latex outfits and love of unusual nail designs - said: "I'm kind of a nail aficionado and sometimes I'll have pictures of my cat on my nails and I had Oompa-Loompas on my nails when I had a Willy Wonka-themed birthday party. For my wedding I'm going to do what I call wedding nails which is basically traditional and pretty. Because you see those photos where you're holding each other's hands and I don't know if I'd like Oompa-Loompas on my nails while taking my photos. So I'm going to have wedding white nails."
Katy also revealed she thinks Russell, 35, will be a great father when they eventually have children.
She said: "We're excited to get married, of course. I think in marriage, when you're picking a partner, one of the things to keep in mind is would they be a good baby daddy and he'll be perfect."

Katy Perry wants to kiss Natalie Portman. The pop star - whose most famous hit is 'I Kissed A Girl' - has a crush on the 'Other Boleyn Girl' actress and thinks it would be incredible to lock lips with her.

She said: "I used to want to kiss Megan Fox, but now she's married and I'm not so sure about that anymore. Probably Natalie Portman now -she's hot and smart."
Although she would happily kiss Natalie, Katy wouldn't be comfortable posing naked for Playboy magazine. The 25-year-old singer is happy to squeeze her sexy figure into skin-tight latex dresses but isn't prepared to expose it to the world.
When asked if she would strip off for the men's publication, she said in an interview with YouTube: "I think I would probably say no because that's like showing all your cards and I always want to keep a couple of aces up my sleeve and, plus, I think there's a fine line between being a tease and just giving it away. I like to be considered more of a tease, so unfortunately guys you're never going to get it."
Katy feels happier with her body now than ever before and credits her relationship with fiance Russell Brand for her confidence.
She explained: "I'm very comfortable with my body now, you know, I'm 25 and I'm like, 'OK this is what I've got.' And of course I'm very loved-up which helps."

The cover of Katy Perry's new album features a portrait of the pop star naked on a pink cloud, it has been revealed. Teenage Dream, the 25-year-old's third album, is set to be released next month.

"The day I found Will Cotton, I knew I wanted to live in his cinematic cotton candy world," the California Gurls singer said in statement, Access Hollywood reports.

"A fantastically art-directed music video and one piece of timeless album artwork later, I can proudly say I am more than a fan."

Sports Illustrated model Brooklyn Decker and Kellan Lutz were voted as the stars with Best Summer Body.  On the men's side of the contest, the ripped 'Twilight' star has topped a list compiled by the editors of MensHealth.com to find the star with the perfect beach body.  The 25-year-old hunk beat toned actor Matthew McConaughey and his muscular 'Twilight' co-star Taylor Lautner to the top spot.

Carly Simon is out of the remaining Lilith Fair dates after breaking her foot. A statement from organizers reads: "We are saddened to announce Carly Simon had to withdraw from three Lilith Fair dates for medical reasons.

"Last week, Simon suffered an injury by seriously fracturing and breaking her foot, which will prevent her from performing at these shows. Everyone on the Lilith tour wishes Simon a speedy recovery."

The 25-year-old has recently shot the video for her new single Teenage Dream, which is also the title of her new album. And reportedly she hit the beach in Santa Barbara to film it.
Perry, who is engaged to Russell Brand, 35, took to her Twitter page to discuss the video. She wrote: "Cut, copy, print, moving on! That's a wrap for Teenage Dream! So gorgeous, I really can't wait to see what [director] Yoann Lemoine makes of it all!!! In my hometown. I got to cast all my friends in the new music vid for Teenage Dream = amazing insanity."

The star told MTV News in June: "I wrote that song in Santa Barbara and it was a very pure moment for me, because that's where I'm from.
"And it was, like, where I started my creative juices. And also it kind of exudes this euphoric feeling because everybody remembers what their teenage dreams were - all the girls that were on your poster walls." Perry's new album is due to hit stores in August.

Katy Perry's "California Gurls" led Billboard's Hot 100 singles chart for a sixth week on Thursday, but Eminem's "Love The Way You Lie" is poised to replace it next week.

Eminem's track -- holding at No. 2 -- was the most-downloaded song for a third straight week, and enjoyed a huge surge in radio airplay. Both metrics factor into the Hot 100 composition. Eminem's album "Relapse" has been the No. 1 seller in the United States for the past three weeks.

B.o.B's "Airplanes" rose one to No. 3 on the Hot 100, swapping places with Usher's "OMG." Travie McCoy's "Billionaire" held at No. 5. Taio Cruz's "Dynamite" at No. 6 and Mike Posner's "Cooler Than Me" at No. 7 also swapped spots.

Enrique Iglesias made his first foray into the Hot 100 top 10 in nearly nine years, as "I Like It," featuring Pitbull, jumped 10 places to No. 8. Drake's "Find Your Love" (No. 9) and Jason DeRulo's "Ridin'" (No. 10) were each down one.

Only four songs debuted on the Hot 100 and none higher than No. 92 where first-time entrant The Band Perry scored with its top 30 Country Songs hit, "If I Die Happy." The other debuts were: Fantasia's "Bittersweet" (No. 94), "B.M.F. (Blowin' Money Fast)" by Rick Ross featuring Styles P (No. 98), and Dierks Bentley's "Up On The Ridge" (No. 99).
