Tiger Woods may need more luck than a flip of the coin if he is to get back in good graces with wife Elin Nordegren (pictured), but he may have a good head start as he has been reunited with his family, a report claims.

One - Kate Walsh and new ex-husband Alex Young have reached an agreement on divorce, and a coin toss was involved. E! Online is reporting that the California divorce was finalized in Los Angeles with the help of a coin toss for a division of some of the assets.
Oh the humanity! The only in Hollywood report muses, "The judge presiding over Kate Walsh's divorce settlement must really have Super Bowl fever. How else to explain why the division of their property assets has come down to the flip of a coin?" E! Online also tallies the way the loot was divided.

Two - Is Tiger Woods is out of sex rehab as reports are now claiming? No photos have yet emerged, but the latest report claims the golfer was picked up from the treatment center in Mississippi by Swedish wife Elin Nordegren and was thought to be on his way to see their two young children.
The website that broke the story of him entering the clinic for sex addiction says that Elin, a former bikini model, is standing by her man.  
Update - Radar Online is now reporting that Tiger is back at home, with his wife and kids.

Hollywood split news - Two beauties are again single, sexy movie actress Charlize Theron has moved on from long-time boyfriend Stuart Townsend and TV star Kate Walsh (pictured) of ABC TV's Private Practice and Grey's Anatomy is now officially divorced from Alex Young after working out a settlement package. Follow both splits below.
One - Kate Walsh has agreed a settlement in her divorce from Alex Young, according to reports. The 42-year-old star was at the Los Angeles Superior Court yesterday facing off against Young working out a financial agreement. TMZ claim Young wanted several million dollars, but according to legal papers, he received $627,000 for his share of the community property.
Young also requested spousal support, but a judge refused and Walsh also got the pair's home, with artwork and furniture split between the pair.  

Young also gets half the residuals for the Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice episodes Walsh filmed while they were married and they have mutual restraining orders prohibiting each from harassing each other. Walsh married movie executive Alex Young on September 1, 2007.
They were married in the Ojai Presbyterian Church in Ojai, north of Los Angeles. On December 11, 2008, it was announced that Young filed for divorce after 15 months of marriage.

Two - Charlize Theron is single. Graeme Massie reports, "The South African-born star reportedly split from the Irish actor after nine years over Christmas. Theron was spotted at the recent Haiti telethon without her commitment ring.

With Tyra Banks announcing her plan to end her talk show after its current season, Wendy Williams has even more reason to celebrate the successful launch of her own gabfest. "Wendy Williams Wins!" proclaimed a major urban TV website. She could be gloating. But she's in the mood for gratitude when we catch up with the brash, busty, 6-foot-tall former New York shock radio personality.

"I just feel so grateful, especially in light of not only being a new talk show but in light of the economy," says Williams, whose show has been renewed through 2012 by Fox.
She initially planned to keep doing both her longtime radio show and the syndicated daytime offering dubbed "less a talk show than an alpha-female showcase" by The New York Times. Now she's glad she changed her mind.
"In hindsight, it was probably one of the best things I could have done, to focus on this TV venture. There is so much more to hosting a talk show than just getting a new wig, some clothes and extra eyelashes, and showing up. Being one of the executive producers, there are always meetings, always decisions to make. And I'm still taking care of my family, and I still need to get rest," says the mother of a 9-year-old son.
"The transition from radio to TV to me feels natural because it was a really adult decision that I made, as opposed to something that I didn't have a chance to think about," she adds.
Williams' show had a six-week, four-city test run before all parties involved committed to it. "That really did give me a good taste of what life would be like if the show took off. And we didn't come back on the air for another full year, so I had time to prepare my life, my family around me, friends and my business model."
She tells us she thought that when she gave up her radio show, she'd have time to take naps in the afternoon, but, "My work is never done. I don't take naps."
COUNTING THE HOURS: Mary Lynn Rajskub admits she isn't sure how much more time the long-running Fox show "24" has left on the air. "I definitely think the end is in sight, but having said that, I don't know if it's going to be this year. I'm dying to know, but I think we'll have a better idea later this month," says Rajskub of the show returning with a two-night premiere Jan. 17-18. "If the numbers are exceptional, there's a really good chance we'll do another year. I think we need at least another year, but there are so many factors that go into it."
At this point, the show certainly isn't lacking fans. "It's so strange because it's our eighth year, but the numbers of our fans are still growing somehow. People always want to tell me the story of how they watch the DVDs one after the other. I think the writers are really good at being like, 'You have to watch the next one that's coming!'" notes Rajskub, who plays the quirky computer genius Chloe O'Brian.
"It kind of amazes me that the show still works, to tell you the truth. We screened the first episode and I'm on the show, and I was still just as excited. I think the show writing is better than ever. You kind of know what the concept is by now. You watch Jack (Kiefer Sutherland), who does want to live a normal life and go with his family, but you know as a viewer, 'Well, that's not going to happen.' But the way that it's done sucks you in. You know he's going to be torn away, but how they do it and the enjoyment of that happening still works."
THE VIDEOLAND VIEW: Josh Hopkins is busy with a steady gig on "Cougar Town," but he made such a splash as Addison's (Kate Walsh) married crush on "Private Practice," fans are wondering if he'll ever reprise his role as Noah. "It's still a possibility. I didn't die," notes Hopkins. "I've been blown up on shows before, which led me to believe I wasn't going to be back. This is a little bit more open-ended," he says. "I would love to go back at some point. They were a lot of fun and Kate was a joy to work with." So you're saying there's a chance!
THE BIG-SCREEN SCENE: Casting is under way for supporting players, including the young leading lady, in "The Good Doctor," the film that will have Orlando Bloom playing a medico desperately seeking respect -- and finding it when he treats a pretty 18-year-old kidney patient. His attachment grows so strong, he starts messing with her treatment to keep her sick enough to stay with him in the hospital. Bad doctor!

Rekindling a former romance, Kate Walsh and Dave Annable/ were spotted side-by-side as they made their way around West Hollywood on Sunday night (October 11).

Walking hand-in-hand, the former couple ventured past paparazzi as they took in a late night movie to end their weekend.

Meanwhile, you can catch Kate in an all-new episode of "Private Practice" titled "Right Here, Right Now" this Thursday on ABC at 10/9C.

Per the show's Web site, an episode preview tells: "Addison isn't the only Oceanside Wellness doctor pleased to see Miranda Bailey when she brings a patient to Los Angeles; the consequences of Addison's affair with Noah catch up with her; Sheldon and Pete discover who is the father of Violet's baby."

Fresh from her night at the Emmy Awards, Kate Walsh was spotted earlier today (September 21) in West Hollywood, CA.

The “Private Practice” beauty looked nice in white pants with a black tank top while she shopped in Melrose Place with a friend.

As usual, Ms Walsh looked absolutely stunning at last night’s award show putting her on several “Best Dressed” lists.

And in other news, the second season of “Private Practice” is now available on DVD and the season 3 premiere is coming up on Thursday, October 1st at 10pm ET.

Kicking off the red carpet arrivals, Olivia Wilde was on hand for the 61st annual Primetime Emmys at the NOKIA Theatre in Los Angeles on Sunday evening (September 20).

Actress Katherine Heigl will get that hiatus.  The New York Daily News reports the Grey's Anatomy star will take five episodes off in November to shoot the romantic comedy "Life As We Know It," with Josh Duhamel, citing Entertainment Weekly as the source.

More on the show...Ellen Pompeo was thrown a baby shower by her now part-time co-star Katherine. Mom-to-be Pompeo, who is expecting her baby in October, was also joined by other members of the show's cast, including Kate Walsh and Sandra Oh as well as castmate Eric Dane's wife Rebecca Gayheart. The bash was held at Heigl's in the Los Feliz area of Los Angeles.

The catered, outdoor baby shower was held in the backyard and umbrellas shielded guests from the heat as temperatures in Los Angeles reached a scorching 105 degrees. Pink flower arrangements and candles adorned the tables to celebrate Pompeo expecting a baby girl, while guests brought gifts wrapped in girly pink and yellow colors.
Many of the gifts - which included a Sleep Sheep toy mobile, Sleepy Safari stacking toys, organic hooded towels and a Kiddopotamus organic swaddle wrap - came from the Juvenile Shop in nearby Sherman Oaks, where Pompeo is registered. A guest at the shower said: "Ellen looked gorgeous in a white summer dress with her hair in a braided up-do. "She seemed very excited to celebrate with her girlfriends."

Over the weekend, Ellen’s costar/gal pal Katherine Heigl hosted a baby shower for her and friends Rebecca Gayheart, Kate Walsh, and Sandra Oh all showed up to show some love.

Pompeo and her husband Chris Ivery are expecting their baby girl to be delivered next month, though from the look of Ellen, it could be any day now.

Making for quite the fun-filled day, Ellen Pompeo was all about celebrating her baby-on-the-way in Los Angeles on Saturday (August 29).

After first taking her hubby, Chris Ivery, for some time with gal pal and fellow expecting mother Nicole Richie, the "Grey's Anatomy" actress then headed off for a big baby shower at Katherine Heigl’s Los Feliz home.

Joined by 25 friends including Kate Walsh, Rebecca Gayheart and Sandra Oh, the group had a backyard bash - during which time Miss Pompeo happily opened up the stacks of presents lining a nearby table.

Of the event, a source told People magazine, "Ellen looked gorgeous in a white summer dress with her hair in a braided up-do. She seemed very excited to celebrate with her girlfriends."

Ellen and Chris are expecting their first child together this October.

Enjoying a beautiful SoCal afternoon, Kate Walsh was spotted out and about in Los Angeles yesterday (August 10), dropping by a friend’s birthday party.

The “Private Practice” actress looked summertime sexy in a loose-knit beige cardigan with a matching top and black skirt with sunglasses.

Coming up this fall, Kate will be back in the saddle again when her hit CBS drama returns with an all-new season.

Beginning October 1st, Miss Walsh will return as a single Dr. Addison Montgomery. Kate joked to press, “And maybe to a comedic extent, there might be a pet cat involved.”
