The pair were taking part in the third annual Pre-Oscar Hollywood Domino Gala charity event alongside a number of celebrities including Eva Longoria Parker, Kelly Brook, Jamie Foxx and Nicky Hilton.

The event, which took place at Bar 210 at the Beverly Hilton hotel, was not a comfortable one for British actress Kelly, whose ex-boyfriend Jason Statham was also in attendance.

A source told the MailOnline website: "She looked stunning and Jason was there with his girlfriend - he didn't want the pair meeting.

"Rather than risk an awkward encounter, he didn't sit down for dinner straight away.

Weekend Celebrity News Wrap - Sexy TV hostess Kelly Ripa proudly exposed her new tattoo on the Live with Regis and Kelly show this week.  It didn't require any racy displays of skin, Ripa, who already has a flower tattoo on her inner ankle, got "Consuelos" on her wrist, as in husband-of-13-years Mark Consuelos.

The Huffington Post has the photos of the new ink for Kelly honoring her husband.  Many celebrity observers area already pointing out that 'name tattoos' often seem to lead to problems for the couple.  After 13 years, fans hope Kelly and Mark can break that trend.

More TV weekend wrap...Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria has been tracing her family history in a new TV show. The actress learned about her great-grandfather, Pedro Longoria, who lived in northern Mexico – a Spanish colony at that time – as she appeared on US show Faces Of America.
The show revealed that in 1749, Pedro took part in a mission led by the intrepid Spanish explorer José de Escandón. De Escandón was under orders to push the Spanish frontier north and had advertised for people to go with him with the promise that they would be rewarded with free land. Pedro was eventually given 4,500 acres of land by the King of Spain.
His land was just north of Rio Grande, in what is known today as Texas. The show is currently airing in the US and will also feature stars such as Meryl Streep and director Mike Nichols tracing their family tress.

Betty White is a candidate to host the NBC staple "Saturday Night Live" if a Facebook group gets their way.  The seasoned veteran actress has many new fans after her spectacular super Bowl ad.  More here from Jessica Warren and Eric Munn including a link to the video of the spot.

More TV guest appearances...Models Heidi Klum (pictured) and Paulina Porizkova are set to guest star on ABC show Desperate Housewives, according to reports.

The pair have reportedly signed deals to guest star on the show alongside Eva Longoria Parker and Drea de Matteo, a source at ABC confirmed. It is claimed the two supermodels will be playing themselves in an episode that will air next month.
The story will see Gaby, played by Parker, and Angie, played by de Matteo, run into Klum in New York. Stars to have previously made a cameo appearance in the show include Neal McDonough, Dougray Scott and John Slattery.

Drea De Matteo insists she isn't a replacement for departed 'Desperate Housewives' star Nicolette Sheridan.

The former 'Joey' star is the newest resident of Wisteria Lane, playing Angie Bolen in the US TV show, but is adamant her character is not a maneater like Nicolette's alter-ego Edie Britt.

She said: "I think that had they tried to replace Edie, they would have gone for someone ten years younger and 30 million times hotter than me!"

The 37-year-old actress also revealed Angie has a few surprises for the other characters - which include Gabrielle Solis, played by Eva Longoria-Paker and Susan Delfino, who is portrayed by Teri Hatcher.

She said: "She's a New Yorker who's never lived in the suburbs before - so she's a scrappy 'street' kind of girl. She's a good mom and loves her son more than anything in the world, but she's definitely been in trouble in the past so she has secrets."

Drea - who quit acting because she wanted to spend more time with boyfriend Shooter Jennings and then fell pregnant with daughter Alabama Gypsyrose, now two - thinks 'Desperate Housewives' is the perfect opportunity to get back into work because she's such an "obsessed" parent.

Eva Longoria-Parker plans to have children soon.

The 'Desperate Housewives' actress insists she and her husband, basketball player Tony Parker, are getting ready to start a family very soon.

She said: "It's a matter of time."

Eva, 34, also revealed her relationship with 27-year-old Tony works because they are friends as well as lovers.

She revealed in an interview with new! magazine: "We are just best friends. I love his company and I am married to the person I want to be with.

"I cannot ask for more. We respect each other as people and as a couple, and we trust each other. The best thing is that he loves to surprise me and I love to be surprised.

"Our relationship is more solid than ever and we have so much fun together. Tony and I would love to be together forever. But the only way you get to forever is one day at a time."

Eva also enjoys being betrothed to a younger man because Tony has such a passion for life which also inspires her.

Kendra Wilkinson is hosting a Valentine's Day party at Eva Longoria Parker's Las Vegas nightclub.

The former Playboy model and her husband Hank Baskett - who became parents for the first time last month with the arrival of their son Hank Randall Baskett IV - are holding a romantic-themed bash on February 13, the evening before big romantic day (14.02.10), at nightspot Eve.

The party will be filmed for Kendra's reality TV show 'Kendra' and guests will be treated to copious amounts of champagne and cake.

Before the bash, the couple will enjoy a meal at restaurant Beso, which is situated below the club.

Kendra recently revealed she is planning to hit the gym hard as she is keen to regain her pre-pregnancy figure.

Writing on her twitter page, she said: "2 more wks til i get to hit it hard at the gym... and sex of course ;D lol. yay. (sic)"

Despite being told by doctors that she could not work out for six weeks after son was delivered by Caesarean section, she was thinking about ways to get back into shape soon after he was born.

Eva Longoria-Parker believes God guided her into acting.

The 'Desperate Housewives' star never dreamed about being an actress when she was at college and is convinced a higher force steered her onto the successful career path.

She said: "Literally one day I said, 'I'm going to be an actress.' I never put a thought to it. I never said, 'When I graduate from college, I want to be an actress.' That thought never occurred to me.

"I have a strong faith in God and at that time I felt this amazing guidance coming from above and that gave me strength.

"It was this special force pushing me to come to Los Angeles and I said, 'OK, I'm not going to fight it.' But I always felt very protected. And I felt like this was the place I was meant to be."

Eva, 34, also revealed she was only led into Hollywood because she entered beauty pageants to pay her way through college to learn to be a sports trainer.

The screen beauty - who is married to basketball player Tony Parker - said in an interview with Prestige magazine: "I paid a lot of my way through college with beauty pageants.

'Desperate Housewives' is affecting Eva Longoria Parker's sex life.

The actress admits she and husband Tony Parker can only get steamy between the sheets at weekends because of her filming schedule in Hollywood and his commitments to his basketball team the San Antonio Spurs, who are based in Texas.

She told Joy magazine: "I work three to four days per week. And then I fly to Texas to spend a long weekend with Tony. So we only have sex during the weekend."

Eva and Tony's lovemaking time is further reduced by her interests away from the US TV show.

The 34-year-old actress has set up her own production company and owns a Hollywood restaurant Beso, which serves Mexican food, and admits she hates not being busy.

She added: "I can never sit still and must always be doing something. I founded my own production company. We have already developed three TV shows and are currently working on two film projects. At the same time Tony and I are building a house in San Antonio and this takes a very long time. Luckily, I inherited my mother's multi-tasking gene. But you have to set priorities!"

Mario Lopez has said that his best pal Eva Longoria Parker is hard to buy gifts for because she "has everything". The 36-year-old former Saved By The Bell star is good pals with the Desperate Housewives actress and he said that it's hard to exchange birthday gifts with her.

He said to Betty Confidential: "Eva's hard to shop for because she has everything! Last year I got her a particular book and she got me a great margarita maker.

"Eva is a great gift-giver, but she's difficult to shop for because she's got it all! I have to get very creative when I give her things. I pay attention to what she wants and listen carefully."
Mario also said he is still in touch with some of the members of the 90s TV show Saved By The Bell.
He said: "I still talk to the cast all the time and I just saw them a couple weeks ago. We have a lot of fun together. I probably stay in touch with Elizabeth Berkley most, but I reach out to all of them. "We kinda feel like friends from high school and we see each other when we can."

Always up for a high-profile shindig, Eva Longoria was spotted at the Friend of the Walk of Fame Award Presentation yesterday (October 20).

The “Over Her Dead Body” babe was joined by fellow actresses Andie MacDowell and Kate del Castillo as the L’Oreal Cosmetics company was honored.

In related news, Eva recently told press that she’s not too keen on doing love scenes with costar Ricardo Chavira on “Desperate Housewives” because he’s like a brother to her.

Ms. Longoria explained, "I'm not a fan of sex scenes and love scenes - everybody knows this! Ricardo and I hate kissing because he's like my brother."
