More TV guest appearances...Models Heidi Klum (pictured) and Paulina Porizkova are set to guest star on ABC show Desperate Housewives, according to reports.

The pair have reportedly signed deals to guest star on the show alongside Eva Longoria Parker and Drea de Matteo, a source at ABC confirmed. It is claimed the two supermodels will be playing themselves in an episode that will air next month.
The story will see Gaby, played by Parker, and Angie, played by de Matteo, run into Klum in New York. Stars to have previously made a cameo appearance in the show include Neal McDonough, Dougray Scott and John Slattery.

Drea De Matteo insists she isn't a replacement for departed 'Desperate Housewives' star Nicolette Sheridan.

The former 'Joey' star is the newest resident of Wisteria Lane, playing Angie Bolen in the US TV show, but is adamant her character is not a maneater like Nicolette's alter-ego Edie Britt.

She said: "I think that had they tried to replace Edie, they would have gone for someone ten years younger and 30 million times hotter than me!"

The 37-year-old actress also revealed Angie has a few surprises for the other characters - which include Gabrielle Solis, played by Eva Longoria-Paker and Susan Delfino, who is portrayed by Teri Hatcher.

She said: "She's a New Yorker who's never lived in the suburbs before - so she's a scrappy 'street' kind of girl. She's a good mom and loves her son more than anything in the world, but she's definitely been in trouble in the past so she has secrets."

Drea - who quit acting because she wanted to spend more time with boyfriend Shooter Jennings and then fell pregnant with daughter Alabama Gypsyrose, now two - thinks 'Desperate Housewives' is the perfect opportunity to get back into work because she's such an "obsessed" parent.

Ending out her weekend with a dinner out, Samantha Ronson was spotted leaving Nobu restaurant in Malibu, California last night (July 19).

Joined by gal pal Drea de Matteo, the celebrity deejay looked to be having a marvelous time as she smoked a cigarette and chatted on the way to her car.

In related news, it seems SamRo’s girlfriend Lindsay Lohan has been living with the perpetual fear that they’ll break up again ever since they got back together.

LiLo told press, “I am so in love with Sam but the truth is neither of us can ever stop arguing with one another. In addition, the producers of “Desperate Housewives” are currently casting the part of Drea’s husband as well has her daughter and son.

With the departure of Nicollette Sheridan, “Desperate Housewives” has a spot open for a gal with some serious attitude. And it sounds like they’ve found their woman.

According to a report, Drea de Matteo will be joining the cast of the hit ABC dramedy as a recurring character, playing the part of an Italian mother whose family just moved to Wisteria Lane.

In addition, the producers of “Desperate Housewives” are currently casting the part of Drea’s husband as well has her daughter and son.

With these changes in place, it looks like DH will be all set with plenty of edge for the upcoming fall season.
