ONE: According to the documents filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court and as first reported by TMZ, Brandy Norwood has reached a settlement in her lawsuit and will pay Awatef Aboudihaj's two children $600,000.  The woman died in a 2006 car crash accident.

TWO: Will he go, he says no!  Despite reports Daniel Baldwin has denied he is set to fly to Costa Rica to replace Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt on reality TV show I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here, reports Action News Detroit.
