She’s always looking to use her fame for the benefit of others, and last night (September 29) Katharine McPhee was spotted at the Rock a Little Feed a Lot Benefit Concert in Los Angeles.

The “American Idol” alum looked absolutely fabulous as she arrived at the event, sporting a black zip-up vest overtop a grey blouse with skin-tight black trousers and black heels.

In related news, Katharine recently teamed up with fellow celebs Alyson Hannigan, Emily Deschanel, Minka Kelly, and Jaime King to spread the word about breast cancer checkups.

The fivesome of hotties filmed a humorous video for the Funny or Die website in which the paparazzi catch shots of them giving themselves breast exams at a sleepover.

She has always followed her own intuition when it comes to fashion, and at tonight’s Primetime Emmy Awards, Alyson Hannigan definitely dressed to impress.

The “American Pie” actress looked lovely as she arrived at the big shindig, sporting a sexy black strapless gown with a slight train and her trademark long red locks.

Prior to the show, Billy Bush asked Alyson if she’d be heckling her “How I Met Your Mother” costar Neil Patrick Harris, who is the host of the evening. She replied, “Oh no, I’m totally here to support him and, yeah, I’m so excited to see what he’s got up his sleeve.”

As for the success of her show, Hannigan commented, “We’re sort of the tortoise in ‘The Tortoise and the Hare.’ We’ve had our die-hard fans who have followed us and it kept building and building.”

Showing off her perpetual hotness, Blake Lively was spotted arriving to the “Gossip Girl” set yesterday afternoon (September 15).

The “Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants” actress sported a short, tight floral dress along with a pair of bright red shoes and dark sunglasses as she strolled past the paparazzi.

Coming up this Sunday night, Blake will be serving as a presenter at the 61st Annual Primetime Emmy Awards ceremony.

She’ll join such stars as Kiefer Sutherland, Tina Fey, Jason Segel, Jimmy Fallon, and Alyson Hannigan. Neil Patrick Harris will be manning the hosting duties.

We know that Jason Segel has an affinity for puppetry -- in case this wasn't clearly demonstrated by the climax of FORGETTING SARAH MARSHALL, he also plans to revive Kermit, Fozzie and all the fabric characters made popular by Jim Henson, THE MUPPETS.

Disney is assisting Segel in bringing his dream project to life (as much as a hand in the ass of a felt creature can do), along with MARSHALL director Nicholas Stoller... and potentially every famous person Segel knows.

Segel is still working on the script, but it apparently includes plenty of room for cameos as he tells MTV: "I’ve told all of my friends that I’ve written parts for them, but I have way less friends than you imagine."

Still, those familiar faces could conceivably include (speculation alert!) any of Segel's comrades from the "Apatow Gang" (Seth Rogen, Paul Rudd, James Franco, Bill Hader, etc.), "HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER" chums like Alyson Hannigan or the great Neil Patrick Harris, or MARSHALL's sexy ladies Mila Kunis and Kristen Bell.

Either way, there's going to be a whole lot of foam rubber and flailing limbs, and (thankfully) not much male frontal nudity.

Pregnant Alyson Hannigan is craving meat and cheese - despite being vegan.

The former 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' actress - who is expecting her first child with husband Alexis Denisof - can't resist gorging on tasty animal products.

When asked about her pregnancy cravings, Alyson, 34, said: "I basically went from being a vegan to eating meat and cheese - and ginger ale!

"Ginger ale, I love. Apparently, my mom craved ginger ale when she was pregnant with me! Maybe it's a hereditary thing. I didn't eat any meat or cheese before - now I have to."

Alyson - who is currently starring in the US sitcom 'How I Met Your Mother' - also revealed her character Lily won't be getting pregnant on the show because her co-star Jason Segal is terrible with babies.

She added to Us Weekly magazine: "Jason is not the best with little babies. They seem to scream every time he comes near them. But once they're, like, kids, they love him. So maybe if Lily could just pop out a four year old, it would be OK. But newborns? No... keep them away from Jason!"

Alyson married Alexis - who starred alongside her in 'Buffy' in California in 2003 - and is expecting their first child this spring.
