A man has filed for a bizarre temporary restraining order against Paris Hilton, claiming she has carried out 'numerous sexual assaults' against him.  Ramiro Benitez submitted the paperwork to a Los Angeles court, claiming the socialite has threatened him 'both sexually, physically and financially'.

Benitez has filled out the application in his own handwriting, which is difficult to understand.He claims the harassment has been going on since 1997 when words were first exchanged on the phone.

He also asks for the protective order to cover young children - his 14-year-old son and his seven-year-old niece.
He claims in the papers, obtained by TMZ.com, that Paris has threatened to commit acts of violence against him.  He wants the court to order Paris to stay 100 yards away from him, his home, his workplace, his child's school and even his car.
However, the court has initially denied the temporary order and has instead set a hearing for February 16.
