TV Chef Paula Deen to a ham to the face this Thanksgiving weekend.  The Food Network sweetheart was helping distribute food to the needy when she took a big fat ham right to the kisser.  A report from Lynda Johnson notes, "Dean was helping to feed the hungry and as hams were being tossed down a relay line Monday morning, an eight-pounder whacked Deen in the face."

Ouch! The 62-year old tough Southerner laughed it off and took to Twitter to let fans know that no pig was keeping Paula down. Watch the video here at Huff Po.  "I haven't met the ham that could stop me yet," she wrote on her online social networking page.

More turkey day celebrity leftovers...Kate Hudson (pictured) and her boyfriend, A-Rod, kicked off the Thanksgiving holiday with a gym workout. The pair were spotted at Gold's Gym in Venice, California.
Hudson usually joins her parents, Goldie Hawn and stepfather Kurt Russell, for a large family gathering at Thanksgiving. Hudson and Alex Rodriguez, a Yankees baseball star, are becoming less guarded about showing off their relationship in public.
The Almost Famous actress was seen in the stands with Russell at the recent World Series game in the Bronx. Hudson, A-Rod and Russell appeared to be a close family unit.
