At the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2009 - Heidi Klum is "Back on the Catwalk," reports Philippa Bourke, with a sneak peek at the fashion show that will be broadcast in December but was just filmed for television on CBS in New York.

More on supermodel Heidi Klum - she now has become Heidi Samuel after a Los Angeles commissioner approved the supermodel's request to change her surname.

At a court hearing, Klum was granted approval to use her singer husband Seal's surname. In her application, Klum, 36, cited the fact that they married four years ago and that she gave birth to their fourth child last month, as the reason why she should be granted permission to use her husband’s last name.

Heidi Klum's rep has so far not commented on whether the Project Runway presenter wants to be known as Heidi Samuel professionally.
