Carrie Underwood has revealed how she manages to maintain her perfect figure – with plenty of exercise. The 26-year-old said: "My hours are crazy, so I try to work out as much as I can. "My whole day goes better if I can just get a few minutes in… I think better, I speak better – I'm a happier person. Regular exercise helps me sleep, too."
She also revealed that she is a firm believer in not having to join a gym to get in shape, and said that she prefers to work out at home. "I like running, getting on the bike, and working out to videos. You can get a great workout at home, if you have the right videos," she said, before adding, "My abs are my trouble area… It may take me the rest of my life, but if I'm 80 and I have abs, I'll be happy!"

More Music...Country music sensation Taylor Swift has launched a range of dolls that sing her songs. The toys, made by JAKKS Pacific, are available to buy for $19.99 each. Each doll sings a 30-second highlight of one of Swift's hit songs.
They are dressed like she is in her music videos; and come with a guitar and hair brush. The 19-year-old picked up a string of gongs at the recent Music Association Awards, including Album of the Year and Entertainer of the Year. "The past year has been like a wonderful dream," said Swift. "To have a successful doll is like the icing on the cake."
