Enjoying a weekend outing with loved ones, Hilary Duff was spotted out for a late lunch at Boa restaurant in Beverly Hills on Saturday (June 20).

Walking into the popular eatery alongside boyfriend Mike Comrie, her mom and a friend, the group stayed for quite some time before making separate exits upon finishing their meals.

In related news, Miss Duff has been busily continuing her charitable efforts, as she's traveled the country for Blessings in a Backpack.

Hoping to see the founder receive his due recognition, Hilary recently said,“Stan is the man! My dear friend Stan Curtis, founder of USA Harvest and Blessings in a Backpack, has been selected as a finalist for People magazine’s ‘All-Stars Among Us’ contest for all his good work in collecting billions of pounds of food to feed hungry people across America.”
